Terms of sale

These terms apply when you order from WhizKidz Corner. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices

Prices are in Jamaican dollars (J$). The collection fee is shown at checkout before you place your order. No tax is added on top of the total you see.

Your order

• Placing an order reserves the items for you. Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment.
• If we haven't received payment within 3 days, we may cancel the order and release the items.
• If an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll contact you and refund anything you paid for it.

Payment

All payments are made by transfer (bank, PayPal or Zelle) or in cash on collection. We never ask for card details.

Collection

You collect your order from the place you chose at checkout. We tell you when it's ready. Please bring your order number. Knutsford Express and post offices have their own opening hours and holding times.

Returns and refunds

If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us and we'll put it right with a replacement, exchange or refund. Refunds are paid back the way you paid.
