Returns
Something not right?
- 1. Tell us as soon as you can after collecting your order — message us with your order number and a photo if something is damaged or wrong.
- 2. We agree the fix with you — a replacement, an exchange or a refund, depending on what happened.
- 3. Refunds go back the way you paid, and we email you once it's sent. If an item was damaged or wrong, we cover the cost of sending it back.

No. You check out as a guest with your name, email and phone. We email you a link to your order so you can follow its progress.
Yes. Send us your list through the contact page and we'll check stock, put it together and send you one total.
Yes, as long as we haven't packed it yet. Message us with your order number (it starts with WK-) and tell us what you'd like to change.
Delivery
You collect it. At checkout you choose a Knutsford Express depot, a post office, or collection from us, and we let you know when your order is ready. We don't deliver to home addresses, so checkout never asks for one.
Collecting from us is free. Knutsford Express and post office fees are shown at checkout, in Jamaican dollars, before you place your order.
We start preparing your order once your payment is confirmed. We email you when it's on its way and when it's ready to collect, and your order page shows each step.
Payment
Bank transfer, PayPal, Zelle, or cash when you collect. The details to pay are on your order page and in your confirmation email.
Not at the moment. There is no card payment on this site, so we will never ask for card details. Anyone who does is not us.
Prices are in Jamaican dollars. No tax is added at checkout — the total you see is the total you pay, including the collection fee.
Use your order number as the payment reference, then upload a photo or screenshot of the receipt on your order page. We confirm it and get your order ready.
Returns
Message us with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right with a replacement, an exchange or a refund.
Through the same method you used to pay. We confirm by email once the refund has been sent.
